CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS2) — 10:40 a.m. Update
Nampa Police report that all Vallivue schools have been checked and cleared. A release from NPD states "No threats were identified and the the information appears to be fake and also sent to others beyond the Vallivue School District/Canyon County."
9:15 a.m. Update
All secondary students have been sent home.
Elementary students not picked up by a parent or guardian remain safe and away from school buildings. Many students are on the bus for warmth.
Elementary students will not be bused home as they are not old enough to be home without supervision.
Authorities continue to investigate each campus and the source of the threat, but no threats have been confirmed.

The district says authorities are investigating each campus.
Elementary parents may continue to pick up their children. Remember to bring your identification. If you cannot pick up your child, the district will keep students safe and away from buildings.
Secondary students are almost finished being bused home.

In a Facebook post, the Vallivue School District says it received an anonymous bomb threat identifying all schools in the district.
All staff and students were cleared from the building in a safe area. High school students who can drive and students on buses are being returned home.
Elementary parents can pick up their students. Parents can choose to pick up students, but parents must show their identification to have students checked out.
The district says all students are safely held away from the school buildings. School is canceled for the day as the Student Resource Officers and the Bomb Commander investigate the threat and whether it is legitimate or not.
